 Upgrading of the customs clearance and inspection facilities at the road border crossing Kjafasan

Central Financing and Contracting Department (CFCD) within Ministry of Finance intends to award a works contract for construction of cargo customs terminal along with access roads, new customs clearance building, inspection facilities for trucks with storehouse, support facilities, public toilets, checkpoint facility, upgrade of the existing facility, indoor and outdoor electrical installations, indoor thermo-technical installations,water supply, fire fighting, stormwater and sewerage network with WWTP, horizontal and vertical traffic signalization and fence off the terminal, all to be carried out in compliance with PRAG rules and procedures for implementation of works at the road Border Crossing Kjafasan with financial assistance from the IPA Programme.  The complete Tender Dossier (including drawings) is available in CD format only at the premises of the Contracting Authority at the following address Ministry of Finance, Central Financing and Contracting Department (CFCD), Skopje Dame Gruev 12, 1000 Skopje, Republic of Macedonia) free of charge. The CD can be collected by hand or to be sent by express courier service (transport collect) to the interested tenderers, upon prior submission of the written request sent by fax or email, stating the tender’s number and title, company’s name, address and contract tel./fax numbers and e-mail address. The Contracting Authority will neither organise the shipment nor pay for the couriers’ fees. The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for late delivery of the tender dossier by the courier service.
